光纤传感器是七十年代中期出现的一种新型传感器,由于它是用光来作为敏感信息的载体和用光纤来传递敏感信息,因此具有电绝缘、抗电磁干扰、抗化学腐蚀等特点,可应用于易燃爆、以及强电磁干扰等恶劣环境中。目前光纤传感器已发展到百余种,在国防和工业生产自动监测,工艺过程控制,以及医疗、环保等方面都有广阔的应用前景。 现在国外对这一新型器件研究十分活跃,为使更多的读者能对光纤传感器有所了解,进一步推动和促使我国对这一器件的研完和开发,本刊编辑部邀请高希才同志进行一次“光纤传感器技术讲座”。本讲座将分三次叙述。
