针对弧形闸门结构受力复杂且受水流脉动压力作用可能发生剧烈振动而破坏的问题,以某水电站泄洪冲沙工作闸门为例,采用耦合欧拉-拉格朗日理论(CEL),利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立水体-闸门流固耦合模型,综合考虑了流激振动对水工金属闸门启闭过程中的闸门变形和动态响应的影响,获得了闸门振动位移、应力和接触力等的变化分布规律。结果表明,该方法可较准确地评价水工金属闸门的安全性和结构设计的合理性,为同类结构的设计评价提供了参考。
Aiming at the problem that the structure of arc gate structure is complicated and may be violently violated by the fluctuating pressure of the water flow, a case study is conducted using the floodgate operating gate of a hydropower station. The coupled Euler-Lagrangian theory (CEL) The ABAQUS software was used to establish the water-sluice-fluid-structure interaction model, and the influence of flow-induced vibration on gate deformation and dynamic response during the opening and closing process of hydraulic metal gate was considered.
