对常见的几种振动监测方法进行了比较,阐述了激光多普勒技术用于振动监测的基本原理,设计了并研发了用于发射场小型地面设备振动监测的激光多普勒测振仪。以高精度PDV100型测振仪为对比,并模拟小型地面设备低频、中频、高频的振动特性,重点测量了其频率、振幅两个特征参数。实验结果表明,自研测振仪对振动频率测量值的相对误差能够控制在0.4%以内,对振幅的测量能够达到1μm量级,满足发射场小型地面设备振动监测的需求。
Several common vibration monitoring methods are compared, the basic principle of laser Doppler technique for vibration monitoring is described, and a laser Doppler vibrometer is designed and developed for the vibration monitoring of small ground equipments in transmitting field. Taking the high precision PDV100 vibrometer as comparison, the vibration characteristics of low frequency, intermediate frequency and high frequency of small ground equipments were simulated. The two characteristic parameters of frequency and amplitude were emphatically measured. The experimental results show that the relative error of self-developed vibrometer to the vibration frequency can be controlled within 0.4% and the amplitude can be measured to 1μm, which meets the requirements of the vibration monitoring of the small ground equipment in launching site.
