探讨低场强磁共振T1加权成像、T2加权成像、液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)和DWI(DWI)等不同成像序列在急性脑梗死中的诊断价值。DWI序列明显优于FLAIR序列和T1加权成像、T2加权成像序列,是急性脑梗死磁共振成像检查的首选序列,为临床提供客观依据并及时进行溶栓治疗,从而减少患者的病死率和致残率。现就低场强磁共振机在急性脑梗死的应用进展进行综述。
To investigate the diagnostic value of low field intensity magnetic resonance T1-weighted imaging, T2-weighted imaging, fluid attenuation inversion recovery sequence (FLAIR) and DWI (DWI) in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. DWI sequence was significantly better than FLAIR sequence and T1-weighted imaging, T2-weighted imaging sequence is the preferred sequence for magnetic resonance imaging of acute cerebral infarction, to provide objective basis for clinical and timely thrombolytic therapy, thereby reducing the patient’s mortality and disability rate. The application of low field MRI in acute cerebral infarction is reviewed.
