目的:观察阿米洛利对L甲状腺素引起大鼠心肌肥厚的作用。方法:大鼠ip L甲状腺素造成心肌肥厚模型后,用形态学方法观察不同剂量阿米洛利对肥厚心肌的作用; 用标准微电极技术记录大鼠右心室肥厚乳头状肌动作电位及低剂量阿米洛利对动作电位诸参数的影响。结果:此心肌肥厚模型能造成心肌肥厚的形态学变化及心肌电生理特性变化(尤其是对APD20 ,50,90 的影响),低剂量阿米洛利能改善肥厚心肌的形态学变化,并能抑制肥厚乳头状肌动作电位时程(APD20) 的延长。结论:低剂量的阿米洛利确能抑制L甲状腺素引起的心肌肥厚,改善肥厚心肌的电生理变化。
Objective: To observe the effect of amiloride on L-thyroxin-induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats. Methods: The model of myocardial hypertrophy induced by ip LThrelin in rats was used to observe the effects of different doses of amiloride on hypertrophic myocardium by morphological methods. The action potentials of the papillary muscles of right ventricular hypertrophy and its effect were recorded by standard microelectrode technique Effect of Dose Amiloride on Parameters of Action Potential. Results: This model of cardiac hypertrophy caused morphological changes of myocardial hypertrophy and electrophysiological changes of myocardium (especially the effects on APD20, 50 and 90). Low dose amiloride can improve the morphological changes of hypertrophic myocardium, Inhibit hypertrophic papillary muscle action potential duration (APD20) extension. Conclusion: Low dose amiloride can indeed inhibit L-thyroxine-induced cardiac hypertrophy and improve electrophysiological changes in hypertrophic myocardium.
