分时电价是电力市场中削峰填谷、保障电力系统稳定运行的重要手段之一。分时电价的确定必须考虑政府、电力公司和用户等利益相关者。基于在政府限价的前提下允许电力公司调整电价以实现电力负荷控制的目标,利用博弈论制定了由政府确定电价水平、电力公司确定电价、电力用户确定用电量的分时电价模型。对该模型利用Matlab软件进行了仿真,结果表明该模型具有一定的实用价值。
Time-of-use electricity price is one of the important means to ensure the stability of power system in peak load and drop in power market. The determination of the TOU price must consider the stakeholders such as government, power companies and users. Based on the goal of allowing power companies to adjust their electricity prices to control electricity load under the premise of government price limit, game theory is used to set up the price-to-time price model of electricity price determined by the government, the electricity price determined by the power company, and the electricity consumption determined by the electricity users. The model was simulated by using Matlab software, the results show that the model has some practical value.
