目的综述细胞治疗策略在促进牵张成骨(distraction osteogenesis,DO)方面的研究进展。方法广泛查阅近年来国内外关于细胞治疗策略促进DO、缩短治疗周期的研究文献,对常用方法进行分析总结。结果常用的促进骨再生的细胞治疗策略有细胞注射治疗、细胞-外源性载体支架复合物/可注射组织工程骨、微组织或多细胞聚集体技术、细胞基因治疗,各有优缺点。除自体BMSCs与富血小板血浆复合注射的方法有临床应用报道外,其他方法仍处于基础研究阶段。结论细胞治疗策略在骨再生、促进DO及缩短其治疗周期等方面具有广阔前景,应用于临床前需严谨设计临床前试验来评价其安全性并规范应用方法。
Objective To summarize the progress of cell therapy strategies in promoting distraction osteogenesis (DO). Methods Extensively review the literatures about cell therapy strategies to promote DO and shorten the treatment cycle at home and abroad in recent years, and analyze and summarize commonly used methods. Results The commonly used cell therapy strategies to promote bone regeneration were cell injection therapy, cell-exogenous carrier scaffold complex / injectable tissue engineering bone, micro-tissue or multi-cell aggregate technology and cell gene therapy, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. In addition to the clinical application of autologous BMSCs and platelet-rich plasma injection methods, other methods are still in the basic research stage. Conclusion Cell therapy strategies have broad prospects in bone regeneration, DO and shortening the treatment cycle. Preclinical tests should be rigorously designed before clinical application to evaluate the safety and standardize the application methods.
