国家食品药品监督管理总局日前下发通知,要求各地严格中药饮片炮制规范、严格中药配方颗粒试点研究管理以及严格药品注册审评审批。通知要求各地严格中药饮片炮制规范。在制定或修订本辖区中药饮片炮制规范时,应严格按照《中华人民共和国药品管理法》及其实施条例的相关规定,其收载范围仅限于确有地方炮制特色和中医用药特点的炮制方法及中药饮片。
State Food and Drug Administration recently issued a circular requiring strict preparation of Chinese medicine Pieces around the norms, strict management of experimental prescriptions of Chinese medicine particles and strict drug registration review and approval. The circular calls for strict prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine. When formulating or revising the norms for processing Chinese herbal pieces in their respective jurisdictions, they should strictly follow the relevant provisions of the “Drug Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China” and its implementing regulations.
