Its geographical location is extremely favorable: one side is the busy North Sea trade route, the other side is the EU’s most powerful economy - Germany’s rich market - within three hours to reach. It is no wonder that the authoritative German Weekly (WhellaITswlx3he) came to the conclusion that "
