中南五省(区)第三次档案工作协作会议于十月六日在广西南宁召开。这次会议主要是交流和探讨档案馆业务建设、加强科技档案工作业务指导的情况和问题,并印发了二十二份经验材料。这次会议主题明确,内容丰富,讨论热烈,达到了予期的目的。出席会议的有广西、广东、湖南、湖北和河南省(区)档案局(馆)和部分地、市、县档案部门的负责同志,共五十人。国家档案局副局长冯子直同志到会指导并讲了话。中国人民大学档案系冯明、冯乐耘副教授应邀参加了会议并怍了学术报告。我省特邀代表霍云桥同志,省档案局付振武、吕大群、成富周、李昌荣同志,洛阳地区档案局牛正贤、洛阳市档案处黄玉杰、安阳市档案局李
The 3rd Archives Collaboration Meeting of Five Central Provinces (Regions) was held on October 6 in Nanning, Guangxi. The meeting mainly involved in exchanging and discussing archives business construction, strengthening the operation and guidance of scientific and technological archives work and issues and issuing 22 pieces of experience materials. The theme of this meeting was clear, rich in content, warm discussion, and achieved the intended purpose. A total of 50 people attended the meeting in charge of the archives (museums) of Guangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei and Henan (autonomous regions) and some of the archives departments of cities and counties. FENG Zi-zheng, deputy director of the State Archives Bureau, gave guidance and made a speech. Associate Professor FENG Ming, FENG Le-Yun, Department of Archives, Renmin University of China was invited to attend the conference and scholarly academic report.
