[目的 ]揭示氟、砷共存时对子代健康的研究。 [方法 ]采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,测定 Wistar大鼠暴露于氟、砷后其子代肝脏中氟、砷的蓄积水平、脂质过氧化水平和抗氧化能力以及病理组织学检查。 [结果 ]随着暴露剂量的增加肝脏中氟、砷含量显著增加 ,SOD和 GSH- Px活性随之降低 ,而 L PO含量却逐渐增加。肝脏的超微结构出现病理变化。停止氟、砷暴露 8周后 ,肝脏中氟、砷含量显著降低 ,酶的活性有所恢复 ,L PO含量明显减少。[结论 ]氟、砷联合染毒可引起大鼠子代肝脏的氧化性损伤并出现明显的病理学改变。
[Objective] To reveal the health of offspring when fluorine and arsenic coexist. [Method] With two generations of reproductive experiment, the levels of fluoride and arsenic, the level of lipid peroxidation and the anti-oxidant ability in the liver of Wistar rats exposed to fluoride and arsenic were measured, and histopathological examination was performed. [Result] With the increase of exposure dose, the content of fluoride and arsenic in liver increased significantly, while the activity of SOD and GSH-Px decreased while the content of L PO increased gradually. Liver ultrastructure appears pathological changes. After fluoride and arsenic were stopped for 8 weeks, the contents of fluorine and arsenic in the liver were significantly reduced, the activity of the enzyme was recovered and the content of L PO was obviously decreased. [Conclusion] The combination of fluorine and arsenic can cause the oxidative damage of the liver of the offspring of rats and obvious pathological changes.
