目的观察乳腺叶状肿瘤(PT)及纤维腺瘤(FA)中CD99的表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法给10例良性叶状肿瘤和10例纤维腺瘤组织进行CD99蛋白表达检测。结果 CD99蛋白在良性叶状肿瘤间质细胞中呈高度表达,在纤维腺瘤间质细胞中呈低度表达,在良性叶状肿瘤和纤维腺瘤组织免疫组织化学染色积分数分别为8.3±2.5和2.8±1.6,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CD99可做为鉴别PT和FA的重要指标。
Objective To observe the expression of CD99 in breast phyllodes tumor (PT) and fibroadenoma (FA) and discuss its significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD99 in 10 cases of benign tumor and 10 cases of fibroadenoma. Results The expression of CD99 protein was highly expressed in benign tumorous stromal cells and low in fibroadenoma stromal cells. The positive expression of CD99 in benign tumor and fibroadenoma were 8.3 ± 2.5 And 2.8 ± 1.6, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion CD99 can be used as an important index to identify PT and FA.
