掺加聚羧酸减水剂能明显改善新拌水泥浆体的流动性,而粘土的存在会降低聚羧酸减水剂对水泥、混凝土的分散能力。本文主要分析骨料中粘土矿物的种类及性质,概述了粘土对聚羧酸减水剂分散性能的影响,并解释了作用机理。通过阐述粘土对聚羧酸减水剂吸附能力的影响因素,进而提出改善粘土对减水剂劣化作用的措施,对生产实践起一定的指导作用。
Addition of polycarboxylate superplasticizer can significantly improve the fluidity of fresh cement paste, while the presence of clay will reduce the dispersion capacity of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on cement and concrete. This paper mainly analyzes the types and properties of clay minerals in aggregate, summarizes the influence of clay on dispersion properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and explains the mechanism of action. By expounding the influencing factors on the adsorption capacity of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the paper puts forward measures to improve the effect of clay on the deteriorating effect of superplasticizer, and plays a guiding role in production practice.
