目的 研究枳对大鼠食欲的影响。方法 选用SD大鼠 ,禁食 12h后 ,灌胃或腹腔注射枳乙醇提取物水溶液 ;30min后 ,定量给予饲料 ,定时称量剩余食物量并计算大鼠摄食量 ;分别以饮用水或生理氯化钠溶液为空白对照 ,盐酸芬氟拉明为阳性对照 ,计算摄食抑制率。结果 灌胃给予 2 5 0或 12 5mg·kg-1枳乙醇提取物水溶液后 1h的摄食抑制率分别为 :87.6 5± 7.86 ,77.71± 13.0 3;腹腔注射给予 2 5 0或 12 5mg·kg-1枳乙醇提取物水溶液后 1h的摄食抑制率分别为 :98.78± 11.6 2和87.0 7± 15 .0 6 ;灌胃和腹腔注射给予盐酸芬氟拉明后 1h的摄食抑制率分别为 :10 0 .0± 0 .0和 93.0 1± 7.2 9。结论 枳乙醇提取物水溶液对大鼠食欲有显著抑制作用
Objective To study the effect of earthworms on appetite in rats. Methods SD rats were used for 12h after fasting, intragastrically or intraperitoneally with ethanol solution of ethanol extract. After 30 minutes, feed was given quantitatively. The food was weighed regularly and the food intake was calculated. The drinking water or physiological chlorine were used respectively. The sodium solution was used as a blank control and fenfluramine hydrochloride was used as a positive control to calculate the inhibition rate of feeding. Results The feeding inhibition rate of 1 h after 250 μg or 12 5 mg·kg-1 ethanol extract solution was intragastric administration: 87.6 5± 7.86 and 77.71± 13.0 3; intraperitoneal injection of 250 or 125 mg·kg The inhibition rates of food intake at 1 hour after the ethanol extracts were -98.78 ± 11.6 2 and 87.0 7 ± 15. 0 6 respectively, and the feeding inhibition rates at 1 h after gavage and intraperitoneal injection of fenfluramine hydrochloride were: 10 0 .0± 0 .0 and 93.0 1± 7.2 9 . Conclusion Aqueous ethanol extract solution has a significant inhibitory effect on appetite in rats
