目的研究绝经期妇女宫内节育器取出术中应用米非司酮与米索前列醇的临床效果。方法选取80例绝经期妇女分为用药组和对照组,用药组术前晚口服米非司酮50mg,术前1h予米索前列醇400μg碾粉加生理盐水2ml置于阴道后穹窿;对照组术前5min于宫颈3点、9点处分别注入利多卡因2.5ml。结果用药组取器成功率高于对照组,受术者耐受性较好。结论米索前列醇联合米非司酮对于绝经期妇女节育器取出安全方便,具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of applying mifepristone and misoprostol during the removal of intrauterine devices in postmenopausal women. Methods Eighty menopausal women were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the medication group were given oral mifepristone 50 mg preoperatively and 400 μg of misoprostol and 2 ml normal saline 1 h before surgery were placed in the vaginal fornix. The control group 5min before surgery in the cervix 3:00, 9:00 were injected lidocaine 2.5ml. Results The success rate of the medication device was higher than that of the control group, and the patients were well tolerated. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with mifepristone for postmenopausal women to remove the IUD safe and convenient, with good clinical results.
