目的:探讨氮酮对骨平巴布膏中延胡索乙素在体经皮吸收的影响。方法:采用膏体剩余量法,测定延胡索乙素的剩余量,模拟延胡索乙素透皮吸收的动力学方程式。结果:延胡索乙素的透皮吸收表现为一级动力学模式,随氮酮用量的增加,透皮吸收量越高,吸收速率越大。结论:氮酮质量分数3%和5%的制剂透皮吸收量均较大,且无显著差异,结合时滞影响的考虑,确定氮酮用量3%。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Azone on percutaneous absorption of tetrahydropalmatine in Gupepinba Bu Ointment. Methods: The remaining volume of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by the method of remaining volume of paste. The kinetic equation of transdermal absorption of tetrahydropalmatine was simulated. Results: The transdermal absorption of tetrahydropalmatine showed a first-order kinetic model. With the increase of the dosage of azone, the higher the transdermal absorption, the higher the absorption rate. Conclusion: Transdermal absorbance of 3% and 5% Azone preparations are large, and there is no significant difference. Considering the influence of time lag, the dosage of Azone is 3%.
