1 临床资料两例患者均为男性 ,1例患者 13岁 ,左肱骨上段骨囊肿并病理性骨折 ,在我院行带血管蒂腓骨游离移植术 ,手术历时 13时 30分 ;另一例患者 19岁电锯伤 ,左拇指完全离断并食指、中指不完全离断 ,行左拇指再植术 ,左食 ,中指骨折整复内固定、肌腱修补术 ,手术历时 10时 45分。2 麻醉方法操作方法与臂丛 (肌间沟阻滞 )大体相同 ,所不同得是将细穿刺针换为细的动静脉留置针 ,在斜角肌间隙穿刺出现异感后 ,回抽无血液 ,先注入首次剂量 0 .33%布比卡因 2 0ｍｌ后 ,拔出针蕊 ,
