目的研究冰箱抗菌防霉检测方法及臭氧对冰箱内的杀菌效果。方法通过载体定量杀菌试验方法,研究冰箱内细菌生长影响因素及臭氧对冰箱防霉效果。结果不加湿的4℃冰箱内,污染在玻片上的大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌24 h后自然消亡率达到99.9%;污染在琼脂片上的细菌自然消亡率都在50%以下。冰箱内充入0.10 mg/m3臭氧对冰箱内载体上污染的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率均达到90%以上,防霉效果达到0级。结论琼脂片是冰箱杀菌效果检测中一种较合适的染菌载体,低浓度臭氧对冰箱内具有防霉效果。
Objective To study the antibacterial antifungal test method and the sterilizing effect of ozone on the refrigerator. Methods The carrier germicidal test method was used to study the influencing factors of bacteria growth in refrigerator and the effect of ozone on the refrigerator. The result showed that the natural death rate of E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans contaminated on glass slide reached 99.9% after 24 h in a humidified refrigerator at 4 ℃. The natural mortality rate of bacteria contaminated on agar plates was below 50%. Fill 0.10 mg / m3 ozone in the refrigerator on the carrier contamination of the refrigerator E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus average kill rate reached more than 90%, anti-mold effect of 0 level. Conclusion agar plate is a more suitable bactericide carrier for the detection of bactericidal effect in refrigerators. Low concentration of ozone has anti-mildew effect in the refrigerator.
