随着金融市场的创新与发展,保险企业已经从过去单纯的承保理赔机构变成了溶补偿与投融资功能于一体的综合性金融企业,保险资金的投资收益已经成为保险企业弥补承保业务损失、增强资产实力和赔付能力、提高信誉和竞争能力、追求高效益的重要渠道。我国的保险业也顺应这种大趋势,特别是金融体制的改革及证券市场的开放,为保险资金的运用创造了良好的时机和重要的场所,但是,我国保险市场及证券市场发育得还不完善,投资渠道较狭窄,保险企业又是负债经营的企业,要求资金运用的安全性、流动性及收益性。如何更安全有效地利用现有的投资渠道,保证保险企业的偿付能力,并在此基础上进一步拓宽投资渠道,增强企业的实力及竞争能力,是各保险公司都迫切需要解决的问题,本文就我国保险资金的运用做一些探讨。
