由中国广播联盟主办,中央人民广播电台和江苏人民广播电台共同承办的中国广播联盟首届新闻协作年会4月8日至9日在南京召开。来自全国各省(自治区、直辖市)及部分省会城市广播电台的新闻同行120多人欢聚一堂,就上海世博会、广州亚运会报道,以及制定中国广播联盟成员台新闻合作长效机制等问题进行了研讨。江苏省委宣传部部务委员刘德海出席会议致欢迎辞,中央电台副台长王晓晖出席会议致开幕辞。出席会议的还有江苏省广播电视局副局长陈明、江苏省广播电视总台(集团)台长、集团董事长周莉。会议由中国广播联盟秘书长伍劲松主持。王晓晖还就当前中国广播发展状况、面临的困难和挑战、媒体融合的趋势等问题,做了题为《广播的下一步——媒体融合下的广播发展》的主题演讲,指出中国广播只有走联合发展、多元发展的道路,才能做大做强。江苏省广播电视总台副台长黄信介绍了江苏广播发展的情况;中国之声总监史敏介绍了中国之声的改版情况及与中国广播联盟成员台合作的情况,并就今后的合作提出了建议;上海电台、广东电台广播新闻中心负责人介绍了“全国世博报道广播联盟”、“全国亚运报道广播联盟”的报道设想。本次新闻年会还邀请了腾讯网总编辑陈菊红、凤凰网副总裁邹明、央视新闻中心宣明栋等为与会与回者做专题讲座。与会代表对今后中国广播联盟的多元合作如:“信息平台要由单向变双向或多向”、“建立突发事件应急报道机制”、“负面报道如何突破地方管制”、“建立联盟专家库”等问题进行了广泛研讨,并提出了建设性的意见。本次年会还签署了“2010中国广播联盟新闻合作备忘录”。本期“特别策划”栏目择要刊登部分演讲内容。
The first annual press cooperation conference hosted by the China Broadcasting Union, the Central People’s Broadcasting Station and the Jiangsu People’s Broadcasting Station was held in Nanjing from April 8 to April 9. More than 120 newspeople from various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and some provincial capital city radio stations gathered for newsletters on the Shanghai World Expo and the Guangzhou Asian Games, as well as on establishing a long-term mechanism for press cooperation with members of the China Broadcasting Union. Liu Dehai, member of the Propaganda Department of Jiangsu Provincial Committee attended the welcoming speech. Wang Xiaohui, vice director of the Central Radio Station, attended the opening ceremony. Also present at the meeting were Chen Ming, deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television, chief of Jiangsu Radio and Television General Office (Group), and Zhou Li, chairman of the group. The meeting was presided over by Wu Jinsong, secretary general of China Broadcasting Union. Wang Xiaohui also gave a keynote speech entitled “The Next Step of Broadcasting - Development of Broadcasting under Media Convergence” on the current situation of China’s broadcasting, difficulties and challenges it faces, and the trend of media convergence. He pointed out that China’s broadcasting should only take the joint Development, diversification of the road, can become bigger and stronger. Huang Shun, deputy chief of Jiangsu Radio and Television General Office, introduced the development of broadcasting in Jiangsu. China Voice Director Shi Min introduced the revision of China Voice and the cooperation with members of the Chinese Broadcasting Union, and proposed the future cooperation Recommendations; Shanghai radio, radio and television news center in Guangdong introduced the “National Expo broadcast Alliance ”, “National Asian Games broadcast Alliance ” coverage. This press conference also invited Chen Juhong, editor-in-chief of Tencent Networks, Zou Ming, vice president of Fenghuang Network, and Xuanming Dong, CCTV Press Center to give lectures for the participants and returnees. Participants in the future of the China Broadcasting Union’s multiple cooperation such as: “information platform should be changed from one-way or two-way or more”, “emergency response mechanism”, “negative reports how to break through local control” , “Building Alliance Experts Library” and other issues were widely discussed, and put forward constructive comments. This annual meeting also signed the “2010 China Broadcasting Union News Cooperation Memorandum.” This issue “special planning ” column to choose to publish some of the contents of the speech.
