目的探讨神经纤维丝蛋白(NF)、突触素(SYN)在人胚胎脊髓发育阶段的分布规律及其表达意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测第2、3、4个月龄段,共16例人胚胎脊髓中NF、SYN的表达、分布状况。结果第2个月胚龄时,NF仅在人胚脊髓的前正中裂和后正中隔两侧的边缘层呈弱阳性表达。第3~4月龄时,NF在脊髓的前正中裂、后正中隔及皮质区域均呈阳性或强阳性表达,在室管膜层外侧的部分灰质内可见NF表达阳性的神经纤维。第2~4个月龄段,人胚胎脊髓内均可见SYN阳性表达,随着胎龄的增大,脊髓内SYN阳性表达强度值呈先升高再降低,阳性数量值呈逐月升高。结论 NF和SYN参与调控人胚胎脊髓组织的生长发育。
Objective To investigate the distribution of neurofilament protein (NF) and synaptophysin (SYN) in the development of human embryonic spinal cord and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and distribution of NF and SYN in the second, third and fourth months of age in 16 human embryonic spinal cord. Results At the 2nd month of embryonic age, NF was only weakly expressed in the marginal layer of the anterior midfinger and the posterior medial septum of human embryonic spinal cord. At 3 to 4 months of age, NF was positive or strongly positive in the anterior median fissure, posterior median septal and cortical regions of the spinal cord. NF was found in some gray matter outside the ependymal layer. In the second to fourth months of age, SYN positive expression was found in the human embryonic spinal cord. With the increase of gestational age, the positive expression of SYN in spinal cord increased first and then decreased, and the positive quantity increased gradually from the second month to the fourth month. Conclusion NF and SYN are involved in the regulation of human embryonic spinal cord tissue growth and development.
