文章分析了中日韩三国基础英语教育改革的总体背景,从课程设置、评价体系和师资建设等方面对三个国家的具体改革措施进行了比较,并以学习负荷和学习者能力为指标,考察了三国英语教育改革的实施效果。在此基础上,对中国基础英语教育改革进行了反思,提出应进一步加强语言学习的社会环境建设,提高教师的职业自主性。
This paper analyzes the general background of the reform of basic English education in China, Japan and South Korea, compares the specific reform measures of the three countries from the aspects of curriculum arrangement, evaluation system and teachers’ construction, and takes the learning load and learner ability as indexes The Three Kingdoms English education reform implementation effect. On this basis, we reflect on the reform of basic English education in China and put forward that we should further strengthen the social environment of language learning and improve the autonomy of teachers.
