宝钢三期热轧工程主厂房建筑面积约99607m~2,厂房基本柱距24m,最大跨度42m,吊车起重量Q_(max)=100/25t。该工程厂房下柱全部采用Φ609×8和Φ711×8的钢管砼柱,取得了显著的经济效益。本文对钢管砼多肢型、双肢型柱子的设计,肩梁的计算等进行了论述及探讨。
Baosteel Phase III hot-rolled main plant construction area of about 99607m ~ 2, the plant basic column spacing of 24m, the maximum span of 42m, cranes lift Q_ (max) = 100 / 25t. The project plant under the column all Φ609 × 8 and Φ711 × 8 of concrete filled steel tubular column, and achieved significant economic benefits.
