代工企业的转型过程,是通过资源整合而实现新价值创造的过程。本文研究代工企业通过资源整合实现转型的内在机制;分析代工企业资源整合策略选择的演化路径、演化均衡的存在性及其影响因素;提出促进其实现资源整合的策略。研究表明:基于资源整合创造的内部准租金和获取的溢入租金,是代工企业转型过程中创造新价值的来源,也是代工企业实现转型的重要标志和关键途径;代工企业和优势企业整合资源的概率与双方企业选择合作伙伴成本负相关,与共有租金及代工企业的内部准租金正相关;存在最优的共有租金分配比例和最优的代工企业的溢入租金,使双方企业整合资源的概率最大化。
The transformation process of foundry enterprises is the process of creating new values through resource integration. In this paper, we study the internal mechanism of the transformation of foundry enterprises through resource integration. We also analyze the evolution path, the existence of evolutionary equilibrium and its influencing factors, and propose a strategy to promote the integration of resources. The research shows that the internal rent and the rent for rent generated based on the integration of resources are the sources of new value in the transformation process of foundry enterprises and an important symbol and key way for foundry enterprises to realize the transformation.
