新员工在进入企业组织之前,每个人的工作经历、价值观念、文化背景等各不相同,与企业组织文化也不完全一致。新员工在招聘阶段,虽然对公司的形象、产品、市场及要承担的工作职责、薪酬待遇等有一定的了解,但很可能是比较片面或零碎的。当新员工进入现实的工作环境时,如果不对新员工进行培训,极易产生现实冲突,即新员工对其工作环境怀有的期望与工作实际情况之间存在差异。这种差异会使新员工产生失落感或挫败感。本文在对四川安德鲁森食品有限公司人力资源状况分析的基础上,提出该公司现有新员工培训出现的问题,以科学的理论知识为指导,结合公司实际培训工作中所产生的问题进行新员工培训体系的完善。
