[目的]开展职业技能星级多元评价在中职护生实习过程中的研究,并对其研究情况进行阶段性分析。[方法]利用随机数字表法选取两个护理专业实习班作为研究对象,采用护生带教老师评价表和护生自评表对实习护生的职业技能进行评定。[结果]带教老师评价与实习护生自评得分,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中职实习护生实施职业技能星级多元评价可以有效地促进老师和实习护生的教学与学习效果,对提高老师的教学热情和学生的学习质量有一定的意义,并值得推广。
[Objective] To carry out the research on the multi-evaluation of occupational skills and stars in the process of internship of nursing students in secondary vocational school, and carry out the stage analysis on the research situation. [Methods] Two nursing specialty courses were selected by using random number table as the research object, and the occupational skills of the nursing students were evaluated by using the nursing teacher evaluation form and nursing self-assessment form. [Results] The teacher evaluation and internship nursing self-assessment score, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The implementation of multi-factor evaluation of occupational skills in nurse practitioner in secondary vocational schools can effectively promote the teaching and learning effect of teachers and intern nurses. It is meaningful to improve the teachers ’enthusiasm for teaching and students’ learning quality and is worth promoting.
