设计一种液压支架内加载试验台,最大载荷可达到25 000 k N。主要对试验台整体结构及主要零部件设计,对立柱进行强度和稳定性校核,卡环进行剪切应力和挤压强度校核,并着重对试验台进行顶梁偏载弯曲校核,以此保证该试验台强度性能。设计制作的该型试验台已应用于生产试验,可严格按照国家标准进行液压支架的性能检测,对保证该型试验台质量起到了关键的作用。
