目的观察二氧化氯发生器产生的二氧化氯对饮用水中大肠杆菌的杀灭效果及影响因素。方法悬液定量法、滤膜抽滤法,对二氧化氯发生器运行30min后产生的二氧化氯消毒液杀灭水中大肠杆菌的效果及影响因素进行了实验室观察。结果二氧化氯含量为0.3mg/L时,对人工染菌水样作用30min,其中大肠杆菌下降至0cfu/100ml;对天然水样作用30min,大肠菌群下降0cfu/100ml,且作用后天然水样的菌落总数、大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群均符合《生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标》(GB/T5750.12-2006);pH值在5.0~9.0时,温度10℃~30℃对其杀菌结果无影响。结论水体中二氧化氯在低浓度下,具有良好的杀灭大肠杆菌效果,不受pH、温度值影响。
Objective To observe the killing effect of chlorine dioxide produced by chlorine dioxide generator on Escherichia coli in drinking water and its influencing factors. Methods Suspension quantitative method and membrane filtration method were used to observe the effect and influencing factors of killing chlorine dioxide in water by chlorine dioxide disinfectant produced after 30 minutes operation of chlorine dioxide generator. Results When the content of chlorine dioxide was 0.3mg / L, the effect of artificial bacteria on the water samples for 30min, including E. coli decreased to 0cfu / 100ml; natural water samples for 30min, coliform bacteria decreased 0cfu / 100ml, and the role of natural water The total number of colony, coliform bacteria and fecal coliform are in line with “drinking water standard test method for microbial indicators” (GB / T5750.12-2006); pH value of 5.0 to 9.0, the temperature of 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ The bactericidal effect has no effect. Conclusion The chlorine dioxide in water has a good effect of killing Escherichia coli at low concentration, and is not affected by pH and temperature.
