为筛选出适宜广西中南部气候栽培的番荔枝品种,通过自然低温胁迫对6个番荔枝品种的生理生化反应和植株形态变化开展抗寒性比较研究。分别于2015年11月(常温时段)和2016年1月(低温时段)采样,测定与抗寒性相关的几个生理生化指标,并结合田间植株寒害症状和寒害等级来探讨供试番荔枝品种的抗寒性。结果表明,各个番荔枝品种的SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量等指标在自然低温胁迫下都会提高,但提高的程度有所差异,结合田间寒害的症状,可将供试品种的抗寒程度分为4类:抗寒性最强的是牛心梨和山刺番荔枝,其次是吉夫纳番荔枝和AP番荔枝,再次是大目释迦,表现最差的是土种番荔枝。
In order to select the suitable varieties of Annonaceae for climate cultivation in the south central part of Guangxi, the cold tolerance of six Annonaceae cultivars were studied by means of natural low temperature stress on physiological and biochemical reactions and plant morphological changes.
