新近研究表明,炎症过程在动脉粥样硬化中起重要作用,炎症不仅参与了动脉粥样硬化的启动,而且参与动脉粥样硬化的全过程。现已证实,炎症的中介物即炎症细胞因子与脂斑的形成过程密切相关,如CD40配体能促进老鼠动脉粥样硬化的形成,增加血液中炎症细胞因子会增加心血管病发生的危险性。因此,把炎症细胞因子作为动脉粥样硬化的危险因子,为动脉粥样硬化的防治提供新的思路和方法。
Recent studies have shown that inflammation plays an important role in atherosclerosis. Inflammation not only participates in the initiation of atherosclerosis, but also participates in the whole process of atherosclerosis. It has been confirmed that inflammatory mediators, inflammatory cytokines, are closely related to the formation of plaque, such as CD40 ligand can promote the formation of atherosclerosis in mice and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease by increasing inflammatory cytokines in the blood . Therefore, the inflammatory cytokines as atherosclerosis risk factors for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis provide new ideas and methods.
