柴油机曲轴上的键槽,除对轴颈的对称度要求外,还有角度偏移允差的要求(见图1)。我厂通过多年实践找到了一种实用的准确地测量曲轴键槽角度的偏移误差的方法。现以190柴油机曲轴为例加以说明。测量时,首先按测量普通键槽对称度误差一样,即在被测曲轴键槽内,塞入合适的量块,并把曲轴两主轴颈表面支承在平台的V形铁上。如图2所示,调整左边可调支承,用百分表M_1将量块校平,然后,用高度游标尺测量并记下此时边杆轴颈至平台的高度H_1。再旋转曲轴约180°,调整右边可调支承,用百分表M_2将量块校平,最后用高度游标尺测量并记下
