网络证据保全作为一个新的研究领域已悄然兴起,在日常生活中和我们的联系越来越紧密。但网络证据保全作为一个新的独特的分支领域,还没有形成完整的体系,存在着诸多问题。本文将首先分析网络证据保全的概念特征、作用,然后在此基础上指出我国网络证据保全存在的问题,提出相应的对策,旨在对网络证据保全有初步的了解。
As a new field of research, the preservation of cyber evidence has quietly risen and has become more and more connected with us in our daily life. However, as a new and unique branch field, network evidence preservation has not yet formed a complete system and has many problems. This paper will first analyze the concept and function of network evidence preservation, and then point out the existing problems of network evidence preservation in our country and put forward corresponding countermeasures, which are aimed to get a preliminary understanding of network evidence preservation.
