本文对2489名健康儿童及成人进行了乳糖发酵奈氏菌(NL)及脑膜炎双球菌(NM)的带菌调查。NL 的带菌率0~2岁组为78.72%。至成人组下降到4.17%,而 NM 的带菌率由0~2岁组的23.65%上升至成人的45.66%。共查出 NL 带菌者263例,平均带菌时间为2.09个月,最长可连续带菌9个月之久。其中带 NL 的166名儿童(占受检总数的78.3%)产生了抗 NMA 群的杀菌抗体,而正常儿童的抗 A 抗体阳性率仅为57.04%。由此设想可用 NL 作为抗 A 群脑膜炎双球菌感染的活菌苗。
In this paper, 2489 healthy children and adults lactobacillus lactofermentum (NL) and meningococcus (NM) were investigated. NL carrier rate of 0 to 2 years old group was 78.72%. To the adult group dropped to 4.17%, while the carrier rate of NM increased from 23.65% in 0 ~ 2 years old group to 45.66% in adults. A total of 263 NL carriers were detected, with an average carrying time of 2.09 months, the longest continuous for 9 months. Among them, 166 children with NL (accounting for 78.3% of the total number of seizures) produced anti-NMA group bactericidal antibodies, while the normal children’s anti-A antibody positive rate was only 57.04%. It is thus assumed that NL can be used as a live vaccine against Group A meningococcal infections.
