目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立复方土荆皮酊的指纹图谱。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇(B)-0.09%甲酸水溶液(A)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长260 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。采用国家药典委员会颁发的《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004 A版)软件,对14批次复方土荆皮酊的指纹图谱进行相似度计算。结果:根据14批次复方土荆皮酊的指纹图谱,确定了13个共有指纹峰,其相似度均>0.960,建立了对照指纹图谱。结论:该方法的精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,为复方土荆皮酊的质量控制提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of compound Jingjingpi tincture by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The gradient elution was carried out on a Agilent Zorbax SB C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol (B) - 0.09% formic acid in water. The detection wavelength was 260 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1, column temperature 30 ℃. The similarity of the fingerprints of 14 batches of compound Jingjingpi tincture was calculated using the “Chinese Medicines Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System” (2004 A version) software issued by the State Pharmacopoeia Commission. Results: According to the fingerprints of 14 batches of compound prescriptions of Jingjingpi tincture, 13 common fingerprint peaks were identified and the similarities were all> 0.960. A control fingerprinting was established. Conclusion: The precision, repeatability and stability of this method are good, which provide a scientific basis for the quality control of compound Jingjingpi tincture.
