能源管理控制系统是能源管理系统的重要组成部分,它通过建立能源管控中心实现了热连轧公辅系统的能源决策,能够有效掌控生产并做到正确指挥和调度。通过对热连轧F0产线公辅系统内部的采集状况进行调研,并分析系统支持的通信方式和协议,提出了基于工业以太网的采集方案,最终实现采集系统与管理系统的资源共享。
Energy management control system is an important part of energy management system. It establishes the energy management and control center to realize the energy decision-making of public-facing system of hot-rolling mill, which can effectively control the production and achieve the correct command and dispatch. Through the investigation of the collection situation in public auxiliary system of F0 production line of hot strip mill and analysis of the communication modes and protocols supported by the system, a collection scheme based on Industrial Ethernet is proposed, and finally the resource sharing between collection system and management system is realized.
