一、概述电耙绞车设备简单可靠,工作中事故较少,同时能完成装、运、卸三个环节工作;布置方案灵活多样,装拆方便。它适用条件广泛,特别是适用于琢磨性、比重和块度较大的矿石,这是其他运搬机械所不及的。但它工作效率不算高,当耙运距离在40~50米以上时显著降低,合理运距在10~30米左右,很少有达到100米的,它不适于高强度采矿法的长距离耙运。耙矿绞车的主体是电动绞车,它通过工作卷筒和空载卷筒缠绕的钢丝绳牵引着一个耙斗,耙斗在工作面上铲满矿物并完成运搬到另外一个地方的工作。由于矿物直接在底部上耙运,阻力很大,因而耗电量很大;又由于把矿绞车本身的结构条件所限,它只适用于水平及小于50°倾斜面的工作场合,不能用于提升、下放重物和运送人员。
