研究黄皮叶化学成分和抑菌活性。采用纸片扩散法对黄皮叶不同溶剂提取物进行抑菌实验初探,在此基础上采用菌丝生长速率法和最低抑制浓度法对乙醇提取物进行抑菌实验,并对乙醇提取物进行化学成分的预实验。结果显示,黄皮叶中含有黄酮、酚类、有机酸、生物碱和香豆素等成分。不同溶剂提取物对6种植物病原菌均有较好的抑制作用,其抑菌效果为乙醇>石油醚>水。在28℃培养24h时乙醇提取物对6种植物病原菌的抑菌率在44.2%~56.4%之间,其MIC在0.5~4mg/mL之间。表明乙醇提取物对6种植物病原菌的抑菌效果显著,是一种具有发展潜力的抑菌物质。
Study on chemical composition and antimicrobial activity of yellow leaf Bacteriostasis experiments were carried out on the different solvent extracts of Huangpiye by disk diffusion method. Based on this, the mycelium growth rate method and the minimum inhibitory concentration method were used to test the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract, Pre-experimental composition. The results showed that yellow leaves contain flavonoids, phenols, organic acids, alkaloids and coumarins and other ingredients. Different solvent extracts have good inhibition effect on six kinds of plant pathogens, and their antibacterial effect is ethanol> petroleum ether> water. The inhibitory rate of ethanol extract on six kinds of plant pathogens was 44.2% ~ 56.4% at 28 ℃ for 24 h, and the MIC was between 0.5 ~ 4 mg / mL. It is indicated that the ethanol extract has significant antibacterial effect on six kinds of plant pathogenic bacteria and is an antibacterial substance with development potential.
