超声波用于处理林木种子获得良好效果,国内资料已有报道,如用频率25千赫兹处理马尾松、檫树种子20分钟,发芽率比对照组分别提高25%和19%。我们选用马尾松种子作材料,经超声波处理,分别作了种子发芽试验与幼根测置;种子呼吸强度与吸水力的测定;种子吸水量与干物质消耗量的测定;幼根组织切片初步观察,并进行了初步的分析研究,现简介如下:
