《中华人民共和国公路法》(下简称《公路法》,经八届人大常委会第26次会议审议通过,已于今年1月1日正式实施。《公路法》是新中国成立40多年来第一部规范公路建设和管理的法律,是公路建设和管理的总章程,它在公路规划、建设、养护、经营、使用和管理等方面确立了一系列重要的法律制度。它标志着我国公路事业发展步入了法制轨道,对于保障和促进公路事业健康稳定发展,推动整个国民经济持续发展具有十分重要的意义。 深圳作为经济特区,在市委市政府的正确领导下,公路建设发展非常迅速,已初步建成了以特区为中心,幅射形的公路网络,目前通车里程达1400多公路,除大鹏、南澳镇外基本实现了镇镇通一级公路,所有的行政村都通了水泥路。 《公路法》是在社会主义民主与法制建设更加深入,法律体系逐步完备,我国公路建设取得巨大成就的时期制定颁布的;在学习、贯彻《公路法》的过程中,实践使我体会到,在实际工作中我们要处理好下面几个方面问题:

The “Highway Law” is a period system in which socialist democracy and legal system are further developed, the legal system is gradually completed, and great achievements have been made in China’s highway construction Promulgated; in studying and implementing the “Highway Law” in the process, practice makes me realize, in practical work we properly handle the problem the following aspects:
