1.创设适应幼儿交往的机会。交往过程中的愉悦程度直接影响着幼儿交往能力的发展,而最重要的是给予幼儿良好的情感体验,消除孩子对交往的紧张和畏惧感。在课间游戏或午休时间,亲一亲、抱一抱孩子,孩子们会幸福地感到:老师是那样的喜欢我,老师和妈妈一样亲,有了这种情感的满足,他们就能够体验到师幼交往的愉悦,初步产生与人交往的强烈愿望。对于一些性格孤僻或个性非常的幼儿,教师要创造一个适合他们成长发育的氛围,尽力缩短双方的距离,减弱孩子的戒备心理,有意地常与他们交谈,与他们交朋友,做一些和他们手牵手亲近的游戏,并引导幼儿和他们一起活动。
