目的:观察依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗高原地区慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将56例心功能(Ⅱ～Ⅲ)级的慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗。观察治疗组临床症状、心率及超声心动图指标改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组超声心动图指标改善、心功能较对照组提高(P<0.01)。结论:治疗高原地区慢性充血性心力衰竭可产生叠加效应和协同作用,临床疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) in the plateau. Methods: 56 patients with chronic heart failure with heart function (Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the treatment group plus enalapril combined with metoprolol. Observed the treatment group clinical symptoms, heart rate and echocardiographic parameters to improve the situation. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The echocardiographic parameters of the treatment group were improved and the cardiac function was improved compared with the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic congestive heart failure in the plateau can produce superposition effect and synergistic effect, and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
