目的了解某电力机车厂职业性健康现状,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法应用统计软件SPSS13.0,对该厂职业健康体检资料进行相关统计分析。结果该厂主要的职业性损伤为职业性噪声聋,对噪声聋与工龄的延长作Spearman相关分析,得出rs=0.786,P=0.036,表明在α=0.05的水平上二者具有显著的相关性。Logis-tic回归分析显示工龄和年龄是职业性噪声聋的危险因素。结论应重点加强噪声等职业危害因素的防治工作。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational health in an electric locomotive factory and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The statistical software SPSS13.0 was used to make statistical analysis on occupational health examination data of the factory. Results The main occupational injury in this plant was occupational noise deafness. Spearman correlation analysis was conducted on noise deafness and length of service. The results showed that rs = 0.786, P = 0.036, indicating that there was a significant correlation between the two at α = 0.05 Sex. Logistic regression analysis showed that length of service and age were risk factors for occupational noise deafness. Conclusion should focus on strengthening the prevention and treatment of occupational hazards such as noise.
