对206侧腰交感干的局部进行了解剖观察,结果为,腰交感干的长度:成人之左侧17.58±4.51厘米,右侧16.60±5.14厘米。腰交感节以四个较多见,占40.29±3.42％。腰节合并有两种情况:一是腰节本身合并,其中以腰_(2,3)节合并多见,占39.47±4.59％;二是最下胸节与腰_1节合并,占12.60±2.31％;最下腰节与第一骶节合并,占6.31±1.69％。腰交感节都有交通支与相应脊神经相连,交通支的数目变动在0～6支之间,2～3支多见,而且是由上往下依次减少,上腰节2支以上者占多数,下部腰节则以1支者为多。两侧腰交感节数目、位置基本对称者少见,仅占1.98±1.37％。但两侧腰节相同者则为数较多,占42.50±4.92％。骨盆缘、髂总动脉邻近多有腰节,可依此辨认腰交感节。腰动脉多位于腰交感干的深面,仅有少数位于浅面,而且都在左侧。腰静脉位于腰交感干浅面者占25.73±3.05％,且可见于任何一对腰静脉,但多见于腰_(3,4)静脉,占位于腰交感干浅面的58.49±6.77％,对手术有参考意义。
