新媒体的快速发展,对中国出版业的发展既是挑战又是机遇。新媒体给编辑出版工作提供了新技术、新空间、新平台和新机遇。本文从“互联网+编辑出版”的发展模式出发,以新媒体技术的角度,对编辑素养的提升进行了具体研究。为适应“互联网+编辑出版”新发展模式的更高要求,编辑人员应该具备对内容的遴选和掌控能力,以及数字思维、国际视野、文化担当、资本运作、团队合作等方面的能力。
The rapid development of new media is both a challenge and an opportunity for the development of Chinese publishing industry. New media provides new technology, new space, new platforms and new opportunities for editorial and publishing work. Based on the development mode of “Internet + Editing and Publishing ”, this paper makes a concrete study on the improvement of editing literacy from the perspective of new media technology. In order to meet the higher requirements of the new development mode of “Internet + Editing and Publishing,” editors should have the ability to select and control content, as well as digital thinking, international perspective, cultural responsibility, capital operation and teamwork.
