目的分析风险管理在减少外科术后非计划性拔管中的作用。方法选取2015年1月至2016年11月该院外科收治的术后置管患者1021例,按照入院时间先后将患者分为对照组510例和观察组511例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予风险管理模式,比较两组非计划性拔管的发生率。结果观察组非计划性拔管发生率(1.8%)明显低于对照组的5.9%,差异有统计学意义。结论风险管理用于外科术后置管患者,可防患于未然,减少非计划性拔管的发生。
