拖沓是经常被人忽视但又十分常见的一种行为,拖沓行为的心理成因主要涉及认知、情绪及人格特质等几个方面;要减少或消除拖沓行为,主要可通过改变不良信念并配合适当的行为矫治及时间管理等进行。
Procrastination is a neglected but often very common behavior. The psychological causes of procrastination mainly involve cognition, emotion and personality traits. To reduce or eliminate procrastination, it can be mainly achieved by changing bad beliefs and coordinating with appropriate Behavioral correction and time management.
