随着改革开放的深入进行,西方一些管理方法逐步被我国的企业管理人员所吸收,促进了我国企业管理水平的提高。但也有一些管理人员错误认为:西方资本家的管理主要靠处罚与金钱吸引推动下属的积极性,所以出现了一种金钱万能的错误观点。在管理工作中金钱处罚代替了一切,结果造成了管理人员和员工之间的距离越拉越远。距离拉远了,我们怎么去很好地了解他们的心理、工作、生活等情况呢?员工也不可能与我们说心里话,这样心就不会往一处想,劲不会往一处使,当然管理工作也不可能取得成功。
