近三年来,静安区在德育综改试点工作上取得了阶段性进展,也形成了一定的社会影响力。2015学年以来,我们积极承担市教委试点工作,拥有市德育综改等7个试点区项目、6个市名师德育实训基地、2个市中小学德育教导跟岗基地、1个市协同研究中心、1个市班主任带头人工作室、1个市少先队带头人工作室等;“父子阅读联盟工程”获得2015年上海市级教学成果奖(基础教育)二等奖;静教院附校荣获全国未成年人思想道德建设先进集体称号;一师附小荣获首届全国文明校园称
