针对国内目前尚无在较深水域和较长距离礁石区进行大口径管沟爆破先例的情况,结合福建炼化合资公司的海底管道施工项目,进行了礁石区管沟爆破沟底宽度的探索。文章介绍了本次爆破炸药单耗、炮孔参数,比较了沟宽3m和6m的爆破清礁效果。实践证明,在水深20m左右的区域,对于管沟底宽6m、边坡比0.67的爆破成沟,在目前国内技术装备下清礁效果可以达到铺管要求,但施工船只设备效率不高。
In view of the fact that there is no precedent for large-diameter trench dredging in deeper waters and longer-distance rocky areas in China at present, the width of trench ditches at the gully area of the reef area is explored based on the subsea pipeline construction project of Fujian Petrochemical Joint Venture Company. The paper introduces the unit consumption of blasting explosives, the parameters of blasting holes, and compares the effect of blasting reefs with 3m and 6m of groove width. Practice has proved that in the area of about 20m water depth, the bottom clearance of pipe ditch is 6m, and the slope ratio is 0.67. According to the current national technical equipment, the effect of lower reef can reach the requirement of pipe laying, but the construction equipment is not efficient.
