在辅助生殖技术中,胚胎移植前实施辅助孵化有助于提高胚胎植入率,但有可能增加了单合子双胎(MZT)的风险[1]。我中心应用激光孵化技术后发生MZT妊娠2例,现报道如下。例1.患者35岁,引产后7年不孕求诊。子宫输卵管造影示双侧输卵管阻塞,2003年5月首次接受体外受精与胚胎移植治疗。
In assisted reproductive technology, assisted hatching prior to embryo transfer may improve embryo implantation but may increase the risk of uniparental twin (MZT) [1]. Two cases of MZT pregnancy occurred after laser hatching technique was applied in our center and are reported as follows. Example 1. Patient 35 years old, 7 years after induction of infertility clinics. Hysterosalpingography showed bilateral tubal obstruction, in May 2003 for the first time in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer treatment.
